Com' des enfants, member of the delegation
Marketing delegation of the AACC
Since May 2018, Com' des Enfants has joined the AACC (the Association of Communication Consulting Agencies) as a member agency of the Customer Marketing delegation.
Since 1972, the AACC's mission has been to defend and promote the communications industry by supporting and representing agencies in their dealings with French and international partners and stakeholders (media, advertisers, public authorities, professional bodies) on fundamental issues.
By joining the AACC, we want to create foresight to anticipate the evolution of our business based on societal transformations, work with our peers and think about tomorrow's innovations that will always place the human being at the heart of our approach.
The Customer Marketing delegation of the AACC brings together agencies whose job is to support brands in their customer-centric marketing strategy. Customer knowledge, interaction with the customer via all web, mobile, social networks, stores, and mailing channels are the main levers deployed and measured. The projects carried out by the delegation aim to provide a reflection on consumers and our businesses in order to anticipate changes and prepare for the future.
Signatory of the Belle Compétition
In order to create a climate of trust between agencies and advertisers, and in accordance with its CSR principles, Com' des Enfants has signed La Belle Compétition, a charter based on 3 major commitments (transparency, responsibility and sincerity) in the bidding process.
The tender is a key moment in the agency/advertiser relationship. It involves trust, time, financial resources and human resources. Thus, the Belle Compétition aims to create a framework by reminding each party of the criteria common to all communication professions to ensure that competitions run smoothly:
Transparency:
The agencies/companies/advertisers undertake to create the conditions of transparency necessary for the proper conduct of the call for tenders at each of its stages and to allow full access to the information necessary for fairness between competitors.
Responsibility:
The agencies - companies/advertisers - commit to the call for tenders in a responsible manner, taking into account the implications in terms of team mobilization and costs generated by this process on both sides. The commitment is made with respect to the financial balance of the companies, considering the importance of the investment it represents.
Sincerity:
Agencies - companies/advertisers - commit themselves in the call for tenders in a fair, sincere and real way.
These principles, and the criteria that accompany them, will serve as a guide for each of the actors, so that, year after year, from competition to competition, the market tends towards increasingly virtuous practices.
