OUR CSR APPROACH

Since 2020, our approach has been based on the three pillars of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): vision and governance, social and societal, and environmental.

Nous souhaitons donner un exemple fort en matière d’engagement autour des enjeux sociétaux, environnementaux et éthiques. Cela passe notamment par l’implication de toutes nos parties prenantes et ce dans l’ensemble de nos actions.

OUR CSR LABEL

En décembre 2021, Com’ des Enfants a obtenu deux étoiles au label RSE Agences Actives. Cette labellisation représente la concrétisation de notre démarche sur les 4 piliers de la RSE. Tout d’abord la vision et la gouvernance, la réalisation des prestations, mais également les ressources humaines et finalement l’impact environnemental.

Ce label est le résultat d’un objectif commun au sein de l’agence qui nous permet de créer un écosystème vertueux.

En atteignant le niveau confirmé du label, nous prouvons ainsi notre capacité à agir pour un monde plus responsable. Un monde plus responsable pour nos équipes de collaborateurs, pour nos clients, pour nos partenaires et pour l’environnement.

certified by the AFNOR, which is a concrete example of our CSR approach.

ETHICS

We conduct our business in an ethical and responsible manner with our stakeholders. This translates into concrete commitments: business ethics, supplier charters, responsible influence, anti-corruption, transparency with our customers and prospects, responsible purchasing, RGPD...

CONSCIOUSNESS

Aware of our impact on society and our responsibility to brands, we take into account the social and environmental impacts of our services through an internal awareness policy on these issues (training in responsible communication, solidarity actions ...)

HUMAN

Our HR policy encourages training, involves and raises awareness of human and societal values such as equal opportunity and diversity. Our commitments are reflected in our membership of recognized charters and programs (corporate diversity charter, parenthood charter, 1 young person 1 solution program, WEP, etc.)

WELCOME

We promote a climate and a work environment that is kind to all our employees: respect for work/life balance, collective decision-making, telecommuting, idea box, organic food baskets, convivial moments...

ENVIRONMENT

We implement concrete measures to control our energy consumption, reduce our waste and act in a sustainable way for the environment (internal environmental awareness, control of the annual energy balance, encouragement of sustainable mobility, limitation of printing, use of filtered water, coffee beans...)
